Fletcher’s Original Corny Dogs has SEVEN stands located throughout the Fair Park grounds for State Fair of Texas fans to enjoy. Over 550,000 corny dogs are sold annually throughout the 24 days of the State Fair of Texas. That’s 60,000 pounds of hot dogs! Ketchup or Mustard? The Fletcher family says MUSTARD is what you put on a corny dog, but due to customer demand, ketchup was introduced in 1994. During the State Fair of Texas, Fletcher’s will go through 1500 gallons of mustard and 800 ketchup. In addition to the Original Corny Dog, Fletcher’s also serves a Jalapeño and Cheese Dog, a Bird Dog (Turkey), a Veggie Dog, a Cheezy Pup, and Make Mine Texan – an all-beef and brisket blend. Whichever one you order, we hope you get your Fletcher’s fix and enjoy your day at the Fair!

This year, the family has partnered with Fort Worth brewer, Martin House, to offer customers a NEW Mustard Beer at select stands. Fletcher’s Mustard beer tastes like mustard with a boozy kick. Fletcher’s is excited to announce an exclusive partnership with Coca-Cola to serve their NEW Oreo Coke Zero at all seven of their stands throughout the Fair.
