Cool Thursdays at the Arboretum (Dallas, TX)

April 2, 2020

The Cool Thursdays Concert Series at the Dallas Arboretum brings lively bands to the only music venue overlooking White Rock Lake at sunset. Join us on April 2 for Hotter Than July. This Stevie Wonder Tribute Band is a high energy, soulful group of talented and experienced musicians. Led by professional musician Gerry Williams, an unbounded vocalist and percussionist who brings funk on the keys, this is a band you can’t help but get on your feet and groove to.

All concerts are held on the Martin Rutchik Concert Stage & Lawn. Gates open at 6pm. Spring concerts are 7:30–9:30pm, and fall concerts are 7–9pm. The garden closes at the conclusion of each concert. Guests are welcome to bring picnic baskets, food, coolers, and beverages, alcohol is permitted but will not be available for purchase. Some of the city’s most popular food trucks will also be on-site (That’s where we come in!). Free parking on concert evenings and guests are encouraged to bring blankets or low-back and low to the ground beach style chairs. The Dallas Arboretum is located at 8525 Garland Road, Dallas, Texas 75218.
